About This Insurance Plan
The Family Critical Illness Plan is hinged on providing timely support to individuals and their loved ones. The Family Critical Illness Plan provides up to $3,000,000 in critical illness coverage for Heart Attack, Stroke, Major Burns, Cancer, Paralysis and Coma.
This plan covers the Certificate holder and five other eligible family members.

Important Information
Maximum amount: up to $3,000,000 JMD in coverage
Covers Heart attack, stroke, major burns, cancer, paralysis and coma
Covers 6 eligible family members
Premium does not increase with age
Ability to change the insured amount after a year
If no claim is made the insured will receive 50% of paid premium at 75 and in the case of children, once they reach the age of 26 or get married
No medical examination required
If plan is still in effect and no claim has been made, 50% of premiums paid will be refunded less any interest upon reaching age 75 years

What Are The Requirements To Apply For This Insurance Product?
You would have to fill out our required forms, after which the physician would fill out the claim form which would give us the proof that you are indeed suffering from a critical illness.
